This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GP Ninja Ltd ("Company") and the users ("Users" or "You") of gpninja.co.uk and gpninja.uk ("Website"). By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Website.

By accessing and using the Website, you affirm that you are a registered healthcare professional or a healthcare student and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Website.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Intellectual Property

Reflect’s Anonymity Standards for Case Submissions

Requirement for Anonymisation: When submitting clinical case summaries or any patient-related information within the Reflect feature, users must ensure all such data is fully anonymised to protect patient confidentiality and comply with data protection laws. Identifiable personal information must be omitted to prevent the potential identification of individuals.

User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to anonymise all case summaries or patient-related information before submission. This includes, but is not limited to, removing names, addresses, medical record numbers, and any other identifiers.

Compliance and Liability: The Company reserves the right to review and remove any content that does not meet these anonymisation standards. While the Company will exercise due diligence, the primary responsibility for the anonymisation of submitted content rests with the user. Users agree to indemnify the Company against any breaches of this requirement.

Use of Anonymised Data: By sharing anonymised case summaries through Reflect, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for educational, promotional, and developmental purposes to benefit the GP Ninja user community.

Free Trial and Subscription Terms
GP Ninja offers a 2-week free trial period to new users who register for an account on the website, confirming they are registered healthcare professionals or healthcare students. During the free trial, users will have full access to GP Ninja features, including and Reflect and ClickNote.

Users acknowledge and agree that the Company has no liability for any user actions, content interaction, or decisions made based on information found on the Website during the free trial period and after the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, unless the user cancels in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed elsewhere.

To begin the free trial, users may be required to provide payment information. By doing so, users acknowledge and agree that the free trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, unless the user cancels before the trial period expires.

The Company disclaims all liability for any actions taken based on the reliance on the content or the use of the Website's features during the free trial and after conversion to a paid subscription.
