While these prompts are generated to inspire and provoke thought, they are not a substitute for professional advice or therapy.

  • Clinical Documentation Tool (ClickNote): ClickNote is a clinical documentation tool integrated into our website. ​

User Responsibilities

  • Anonymised Case Submissions in Reflect: When submitting case summaries or any patient-related information through iReflect, you must ensure all data is fully anonymised. Identifiable personal information must be omitted to prevent potential identification of individuals. You bear sole responsibility for the anonymisation of submitted content.

  • Content Submission Guidelines for Consult: Users must ensure that all content submitted, including clinical case summaries and reflections, adhere to our guidelines. Content must be relevant, accurate, and respectful of privacy and intellectual property laws. Submissions should not contain identifiable patient information or infringe upon the rights of others.

  • Limitation of Use for ClickNote: ClickNote's primary function is to facilitate the organisation and management  documentation. It is not a diagnostic tool or a source of medical advice. The templates provided by ClickNote are for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice or guidelines. Users must exercise professional judgment and rely on their clinical expertise when using ClickNote. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of ClickNote complies with current clinical standards and guidelines.

  • Prohibited Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, violating intellectual property rights, disrupting our services, engaging in fraudulent activities, uploading harmful code, or collecting user data without consent is strictly prohibited.
